HTML form
No JavaScript needed: a regular HTML form posts directly to the Lead API. After submission, Advision360 redirects the visitor to your thank-you page.
<form action="https://app.advision360.de/api/public/leads" method="POST">
<input type="hidden" name="_key" value="YOUR_API_KEY" />
<input type="hidden" name="_redirect" value="https://www.example.com/thank-you" />
<input type="text" name="firstName" placeholder="First name" required />
<input type="text" name="lastName" placeholder="Last name" required />
<input type="email" name="email" placeholder="Email" />
<input type="tel" name="phone" placeholder="Phone" />
<input type="text" name="additionalFields.company_size" placeholder="Company size" />
<button type="submit">Send</button>
</form>
The API accepts application/x-www-form-urlencoded (the HTML form default) and multipart/form-data. Field names match the API reference.

Redirect
Advision360 only redirects to domains listed under Allowed redirect domains on the lead key (Settings → Lead & form keys → edit key).
- The address in
_redirectmust be absolute and start withhttp://orhttps://. - The host must exactly match a listed domain.
example.comandwww.example.comare separate entries. - If the domain is not allowed or
_redirectis missing, there is no redirect. The lead is still created and the browser shows the JSON response{}.
On a successful redirect the API responds with 302 Found and a Location header.
:::tip Make errors visible
On an error (e.g. missing required fields) the browser shows the API's JSON response and does not redirect. Check required fields in the form with required, or use the JavaScript SDK for your own error messages.
